How to return a product to us

At our goal is your satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, it may be returned for any reason within 10 days of purchase. You can visit our location(s) to exchange or return your item(s) or return by mail. Understandably, we cannot accept returns of items that are worn, altered, laundered, embroidered, screen printed or damaged by the purchaser. Items should be in original condition and packaging with all tags and labels as shipped. Footwear must be clean and in original condition. Please try on your shoes on a clean, dry surface to avoid discoloration to the white soles. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. To assure proper credit, all returns are subject to inspection upon receipt. After inspection if the return item(s) do not meet the requirements listed above they will not be returned or exchanged. You will be contacted regarding your return item(s) letting you know you can pick the item(s) up at our store or we can ship them back to you at your expense. There are two ways to return an item: 1) Bring it to our store(s) with your receipt:  13323 W Hillsborough Ave., Suite 104, Tampa, FL 33635 2) Mail it with your receipt by using the return shipping information provided here. Ship via insured mail or carrier. Return shipping cost and original shipping and handling are not refundable unless item is manufacturer defective when shipped. All return item(s) are held for 15 days once the customer has been notified that the return item(s) do not meet the return requirements. After 15 days if the customer has not picked up the items at our store or paid for the shipping for the items to be shipped to them they will be discarded.
